The National Innovation Agency, S.A. strives to make its websites accessible, in accordance with the Web Accessibility Law (Decree-Law no. 83/2018, of October 19).

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.plataformacpi.pt

Requirements compatibility status

This website partially complies with the AA level of compliance with the "Web Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG 2.1" or with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08), due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions:

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible:

a) Many documents, especially older PDF documents and Office documents are not accessible. For example, PDF documents are not identified so that they could be used by screen readers, or can only be partially captured. This means that the WCAG 4.1.2 success criterion (name, function, value) is not met. If you need a PDF urgently, let us know.

b) Images

All our images must have alternative text so that this information is accessible to users of a screen reader. If you detect an image without alt text, please let us know immediately.

c) The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation:

Third-party content, for example, presentation materials of companies that are not within the sphere of influence of ANI – National Innovation Agency,  S.A., are exempt from Directive (EU) 2016/2102. For such third-party content, no statement of compatibility with accessibility regulations can be made.

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

The declaration was created on 30.04.2023.

The website www.plataformacpi.pt was completely updated in November 2022. During the update, attention was also paid to accessibility, and a self-test for this statement has been performed.

Enforcement Procedure / Complaints Office

If you do not receive satisfactory answers from the contact option mentioned above, you may file a complaint, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 34/2007, of 15 February, with the following entities:

a) Member of the Government responsible for the area of disability;

b) Portuguese Institute for Rehabilitation, I. P. (INR, I. P.);

c) Commission for Policies for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities of the Portuguese Council for Solidarity and Social Security Policies;

d) Competent authority for the investigation of administrative offence proceedings.

INR, I. P., forwards the complaints submitted to the competent authorities and prepares an annual report on the application of Law no. 46/2006, of 28 August, providing a form to report situations of discrimination on its website.
